Provide information advice and support on discrimination and human rights issues to individuals. Can advise on the Equality Act 2010, advise on options to resolve issues, advise on options for informal resolution, advise on eligibility for civil legal aid, provide support for people considering making their own claims and assist in finding local sources of support. The information and support provided by the service is not the same as legal advice, which should only be provided by, or under the supervision of, professionally qualified lawyers.
