Multi-lingual Helpline Wales is a confidential national multi-lingual telephone helpline providing information, referral and signposting for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people to specialist advice, mainstream and community organisations. Can assist with issues including health, work, education, housing, welfare entitlements and personal safety. The helpline can offer help in a variety of community languages. Please bring this to the Team’s attention at the start of your call and the helpline advisors will do their best to assist. Calls to 0808 80 are free from landlines and mobiles in the UK and do not appear on itemised bills.
