With BT shutting off its analogue PSTN and ISDN network in 2025, now is a great time to explore your options. Representatives from Call Handling and Your Co-Op will deliver the first session in conjunction with HLP and will offer guidance around the topic. Please invite your colleagues who deal with the telephony system or service delivery managers for your organisation to attend.

In the second half we will be exploring whether technology is ever a barrier to helplines being able to work more closely together. We’ll be interested to hear ways in which you feel similar sector helplines could co-operate and how systems could contribute to streamlining that.
