If so, this 90-minute webinar will provide key insights into the essential skills for supporting such contacts whilst staying within your service remit and practising self-care for you and your team.
Who is it for?
For anyone who doesn’t have the time or resources to attend the full day Level 3 Helpline Skills course but who wishes to gain some insight into responding to challenging callers.

90 minutes
10am – 11.30am typically, but can be negotiated for In-house courses.

Virtually via Zoom (maximum 30 people per group)
