Our consultant was a real pleasure to work with - she helped us to consider policies and procedures that would help ensure that the new service we are setting up was done so safely and effectively. She took time to discuss things through with us to ensure we understood the implications of certain policies and their wordings as well how they could be utilised to best suit our service needs.
