Accessibility
We are committed to making our training accessible to everyone. This page explains what we currently offer, what we're working on, and how to request support.
In 2026 we began an organisation-wide review of the accessibility of our services. This is ongoing and we are actively improving. On this page you will see what we are working on within the Training team and what we can currently provide.
Work in progress
We identified that the templates used to produce our current written training materials do not meet accessibility standards. We are in the process of updating all materials to a new accessible template. As a small team, this is taking time and we appreciate your patience and will complete this as quickly as we can.
What our training includes
- Onscreen presentation: Delivered live
- Written PDF materials: Provided to participants 1 week before training
- Group activities: Collaborative exercises
- Onscreen polls: Interactive participation
Standard Material Adjustments
We can offer the following with sufficient notice:
- Large print materials
- Screen reader-friendly materials
Please let us know when booking.
Bespoke Material adjustments
We are happy to consider reasonable bespoke requests. Whether we can accommodate a request will depend on the notice given.
Activity adjustments
If you have accessibility requirements that affect how you participate in group work, polls, or other activities, let us know in advance and we will do our best to ensure you can take part fully.
Please notify us in advance. The more notice you can give us, the better placed we are to make the right adjustments. If you are unsure whether we can help, please get in touch. We will always try.

Help us improve
We are learning as we go, and we know that lived experience is one of the best teachers. If you have suggestions for how we can make our training (or other services) more accessible we would genuinely love to hear from you. Your feedback will directly shape how we develop our accessibility provision.
