HLP currently has three assessors Laura Dowswell (Lead Assessor), Rosie Swan (Helplines Standard Co-ordinator and Assessor), and Michelle Fernandes (Helplines Standard Co-ordinator and Assessor) who are available to answer any queries you may have and to help guide you through the process.
