Helplines Partnership offers specialist training support and promotes best practice in helpline skills and in managing services, for any service offering information, advice and support via the telephone, web-chat, email, video and other channels.

Inhouse and Virtual Inhouse Training

Inhouse Training provides a great opportunity for your team to learn together in a face to face environment

We have many years’ experience in designing and delivering training to charities, local authorities, public sector organisations, voluntary sector organisations and the private sector.

All our courses can be accessed online or face to face. We can train your whole team together (our Inhouse service) or individuals can book onto our Open courses. Join Helplines Partnership as a member and receive a 40% discount on all our courses

Discounts and Rewards

10% Open Training Discount:

We offer organisations (member and non-member) booking 3 or more open training courses on the same day a 10% discount on your booking.

Terms and Conditions of Discount: The discount can be used once within a 12 month rolling period. The discount can be applied to a maximum of 3 bookings made on the same day.

10% Member Inhouse Training Reward:

We offer a 10% discount to members, when 3 or more Virtual Inhouse or Inhouse training sessions are booked within the same arrangement.

15% Member Loyalty Reward (Year 3) :

We offer a 15% discount to members (exclusively) on training or consultancy in year 3 of membership.

Terms and Conditions of Discount: The discount can be applied within one training agreement and within year 3 of membership. One time discount.
