Helplines Partnership offers specialist and CPD-accredited training to promote best practice in helpline skills and in managing services, for any organisation offering information, advice and support via the telephone, webchat, email, video and other channels.
We have many years’ experience in designing and delivering training to charities, local authorities, public sector organisations, voluntary sector organisations and the private sector.
All our courses can be accessed online or face to face. We can train your whole team together (our in-house service) or individuals can book onto our open courses alongside other organisations.
