The Helpline Awards 2026 open for entries on Monday 1 June 2026
Nominations for the Helpline Awards 2026 will open at 11am on Monday 1 June 2026.
Held each November as part of our Annual Conference, the Helpline Awards recognise and celebrate the incredible work taking place across the helpline sector. The awards honour the dedication, compassion, and expertise of individuals and teams who go above and beyond to provide support, information, and guidance to those who need it most.
Through the awards, we celebrate those making a meaningful difference – whether through outstanding frontline support, innovative new initiatives, a strong commitment to wellbeing, or a lifetime of service to the sector.
Nominations will remain open for one month only, closing on Tuesday 30 June 2026 at 5pm.
Award Categories
This year’s award categories are:
- Helpline of the Year
- Employee of the Year
- Volunteer of the Year
- Lifetime Recognition
- Wellbeing and Support
- Impact and Change
Each category will have two winners, recognising excellence across both small and large charities.
