Victim Advice Line

If you have been affected by crime, it can be hard to know where to turn, at Victim Advice Line we’re here to help.

The Victim Advice Line is a free and confidential support service, provided by West Mercia Police, for those affected by crime. <br /> If you choose to call, then our expert advisors can give you the support and guidance you need to help you cope and recover from the experience. Regardless of when the crime took place, whether you have been directly or indirectly affected, or whether or not you have chosen to report it to the police, we are here to give you support. We will listen and work with you to understand what kind of support you require and create a specially tailored package to meet your needs. This may include relevant advice, emotional support, information and access/referral to specialist agencies. This support is available to victims any time after a crime has taken place, whether this is days, weeks or even years. Victim Advice Line is here to offer support when you need it.
