Galop's helpline is for LGBT+ people experiencing abuse or violence, such as, domestic abuse, sexual violence, so-called “conversion therapy” or any other kind of abuse.
The Galop Helpline is here to offer emotional support, guidance and help to explore what options may be available to anyone aged 18+ who is experiencing or has experienced violence and abuse.

When you call you will have up to 40 minutes to chat things through with one of their expert advisors. Please note that last calls will be shorter, lasting up to 25 minutes and are taken at 8pm Monday to Tuesday and 4:30pm Wednesday to Friday.
