Rewards
We offer a 10% reward when members book three or more Virtual In-house or In-Person In-house training sessions within the same agreement.
Terms and Conditions of Reward: The reward can be used once within a 12 month rolling period. The reward cannot be used with any other promotional offer or reward.
We offer organisations (member and non-member) booking 3 delegate places onto the same open training course a 10% discount on your booking.

- Resilience & Wellbeing Package (Vicarious Trauma & Worker Wellbeing)
- Beginners' Skills Package (Level 1 & Level 2 Helpline Skills)
- Experienced Skills Package (Level 2 & Level 3 Helpline Skills)
- Complete Skills Package (Level 1, 2 & 3 Helpline Skills)
Terms and Conditions: Package offers cannot be used with any other promotional offer or reward. For open training, the booking must be for the same person on all courses. All courses must be booked at the same time.
Fees
The fees detailed below include the training session, resources such as workbooks and copies of the presentation. For standard courses, this also includes CPD certificates and 6 CPD points per course.

- Bespoke and tailored training may incur additional admin fees.
- In-person training will incur additional travel fees.
Part-Funded Training
We know the helpline community includes organisations of all sizes, and we want our training to be accessible to everyone. We have a small amount of part-funding available for helplines with an annual income of less than £100,000, for use across our open and in-house training. Please contact training@helplines.org for more information or to apply.
