Everyone who completes the feedback form will be automatically entered into a prize draw, where three organisations will each win one free delegate place on any Helplines Partnership open training course of their choice, taking place before 30 March 2026.

Terms and Conditions: Each attendee of the Annual Conference and Helpline Awards 2025 is entitled to one entry. To qualify, the feedback form must be completed. The delegate place may be assigned to any individual within the entrant’s organisation. Entries close at 5pm on 13 November 2025, and winners will be notified by email the following day. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or rewards.
