We’re excited to announce the programme for our Annual Conference and Helpline Awards 2025—and it’s one you won’t want to miss.

This year’s theme is Stepping Forward — building resilience, nurturing teams and growing partnerships, and we’ve brought together a fantastic line-up of speakers and sessions designed to inspire, spark ideas and strengthen your helpline service.

Highlights include

How to build resilience and continue to grow during uncertain times—a panel discussion featuring Neil Henderson, CEO of Safeline; Jackie Hodgetts, Helpline Lead at Melanoma Focus; and Mike Prescott, founder of NFP Spark—powerful tech for small charities.

Helplines Partnership’s experienced trainers, Christian Murphy and Stella Pearson, will lead a session on Managing change and developing resilient approaches.

Member spotlight: Hear from JTeen and Scottish Women’s Aid, the winners of last year’s Helpline of the Year Award.
