We’re proud to recognise and celebrate the organisations pushing boundaries to improve the way helplines operate. Our Innovation and Sustainability Award honours those who have introduced creative, forward-thinking solutions or sustainable practices that make a real difference to service users and the sector.

Whether you’ve implemented new technology, developed new ways of working, or introduced initiatives that ensure the long-term viability of your helpline, we want to hear from you.

Don’t forget, you can enter more than one award category—so if your team’s impact spans other areas, we encourage you to showcase that too.
