Our Employee of the Year award celebrates individuals working in the helpline sector who demonstrate commitment, compassion, and truly make a difference. It is a great opportunity to celebrate and recognise the work of your team and the impact they make.

Awards nominations are now open until 5pm on Monday 30 June 2025.

The Helpline Awards take place in Manchester on Thursday 6 November 2025, celebrating the incredible people working in helplines. There are six categories with two winners (for smaller and larger charities) in each category.

At Helplines Partnership, we recognise the outstanding work taking place in the helpline community and are keen to acknowledge it.
