We are excited to offer sponsorship opportunities for our Annual Conference and Helpline Awards, taking place on Thursday 6 November 2025 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Manchester.

The event brings together helpline organisations from across the UK, celebrating excellence, sharing best practice and focusing on the future of helplines.

The charity sector is currently experiencing a particularly challenging and uncertain period. Across the sector, we have seen redundancies, and unfortunately, some closures, but also new opportunities as organisations adapt.

At Helplines Partnership, we are more committed than ever to supporting the charity sector. To continue to provide our Annual Conference and Helpline Awards, we are introducing a sponsorship model for our annual conference events. This approach will help us secure the funding needed to run the event, while continuing to offer opportunities for learning, connection and collaboration.

We’ve included an outline of our sponsorship options below and would be incredibly grateful for your consideration. We would very much appreciate your support but completely understand if sponsorship is not possible for you at this time
