Lead Missing People’s trauma-informed Helpline, SafeCall and Lost Contact services, supporting missing people and their families. You’ll provide strategic and operational leadership, oversee safeguarding, service quality and innovation, and develop staff and volunteers. You’ll bring substantial senior experience leading high-quality helpline services for children and adults, strong safeguarding expertise and inclusive team leadership. Based in South West London with flexible working.
