We’re dedicated to assisting people affected by terminal illness and bereavement across the UK. As a Peer Support Team Leader, you’ll play a key part in making a difference to those in need.

We’re looking for:
A confident leader with management experience of staff and volunteers within charity/health and social care or customer service within a similar industry (such as a contact centre).
Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
Resilience to deal with difficult situations in a busy virtual environment.
