Please note Commercial Collective fees are dependent on status, turnover and size of organisations.

All prices are + VAT

Terms & Conditions

To qualify for Commercial Collective, the organisation must have the following in place:

a) a clear set of aims and objectives

b) a written and publicly published confidentiality policy that considers safeguarding

c) robust systems in place to protect the data of those who use the organisation's services and of those who work for it including a Privacy Policy & Data Protection policy.

d) a process for monitoring the level of service received by those that use the service

e) a recruitment, selection, training and development process that adequately prepares and supports those working for it.

f) a complaints or feedback process which is well communicated to those that work for it and is readily accessible to those that use the service including a Feedback Policy, (sometimes known as a Compliments and Complaints Policy).

g) Safeguarding Policy that considers confidentiality/information sharing.

To ensure we maintain our terms and conditions for the benefit of our Commercial Collectives we may request to view related policies/proof documentation either at Commercial Collective application stage or at any time during the term of your Commercial Collective.

An organisation shall be eligible for Commercial Collective of HLP if it:

  • is a registered business entity operating on a for-profit basis. It must not be registered as a charity, non-profit, public sector or community interest company.
  • complies with all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in the jurisdictions in which it operates.
  • Is committed to high standards of professionalism, service quality, and customer support.

An organisation shall not be eligible for Commercial Collective of HLP if it:

  • is involved in activities that would conflict with the aims, vision, mission or values, of HLP.
  • does not satisfy the requirements of HLP in relation to policies on confidentiality, data protection, safeguarding, equal opportunities, training and complaints.

A Commercial Collective may be terminated by HLP if:

  • payment of the Commercial Collective fee has not been received within 75 days from the date of the invoice.
  • the organisation provided inaccurate or deceptive information within the application to join.
  • the organisation has serious and/or continual procedural weaknesses particularly in the areas of safeguarding, data protection, confidentiality or equal opportunities.
  • the organisation undertakes activities that fall significantly short of the standards set out within the qualifying criteria.
  • If the Commercial Collective wishes to terminate notice must be given in writing. Applications will be considered upon receipt.

  • Commercial Collectives are subject to payment of any fees on presentation of an invoice.
  • All fees paid are non-refundable.
  • HLP holds the right to review fees on an annual basis.
  • Commercial Collectives are responsible for updating their own contact details with HLP.
