For adults and young people born with a heart condition
Somerville Heart Foundation is the only UK-wide charity dedicated to supporting young people and adults born with all forms of heart conditions, known as Congenital Heart Disease (or CHD). Via events, webinars, magazines, leaflets and more, this patient organisation provides support, advocacy, communication, and a community for people with CHD. The organisation also campaigns for the rights of people with CHD to receive excellent medical care to enable them to lead happy, healthy, and longer lives.
