Services for people affected by or fleeing domestic violence and abuse
A 24-hour anonymous phone helpline providing emotional support and information for people of all genders affected by or fleeing domestic violence and abuse. We also have a webchat which operates Monday-Friday 1pm-4pm (except bank holidays). Support and information also extends to those worried about someone else - professionals and third parties. Victim-survivors are also able to make a self-referral to various services. Further support includes drop-ins for women, refuge accommodation, support groups for women, and a team of criminal justice IDVA’s.
