Support for Essex families with children and young people aged 0-25 years who have any additional need or disability. By partnering with parents, SNAP supports families by providing compassion, guidance, and hope. No formal diagnosis or professional referral is necessary to access SNAP services. Support services include helpline advice and information; specialist talks, workshops and coffee mornings; online directory of useful contacts; information network, guides and resources; and activities for children & young people.
