If your organisation meets Helpline Partnership's (HLP's) good practice criteria, your helpline can become a full member and enjoy all the benefits.

The cost of membership for voluntary sector helplines is based on the annual turnover of the organisation.

By joining HLP you agree to be contacted by us (this will include newsletters). We will not share your details with third parties. HLP reserves the right to exclude any organisations whose actions may bring them, and by association HLP and its members, into disrepute.

There is no restriction in the number of contacts under your Membership Account and no additional charge for this.

To be added to our Find a Helpline directory, please provide details below

To be eligible for membership you are required to evidence your organisational Privacy Notice, Confidentiality, Safeguarding and Complaints and Feedback Policies. Please ensure the above policies, documents or links to them are accessible on your website.

Please complete this section if you wish to be included in the online 'Find a Helpline' section of the Helplines Partnership website. Organisations operating more than one helpline will have the option to submit up to 3 listings.

Once membership is approved, an invoice will be submitted to the contact lead via email. The invoice is due on presentation.
