Launching our 2024 Annual Conference and Helpline Awards

We are delighted to announce that our Annual Conference and Helpline Awards returns on Thursday 7 November 2024 and will take place at the Crowne Plaza in Birmingham.

This year, our theme is Shaping, Sustaining and Showcasing – Delivering Services in a Changing Society. It promises to be a day of insightful discussions, thought-provoking sessions, and invaluable networking opportunities.

We will share more details about the event, including speakers, seminars and our keynote speaker, over the next few weeks and months.

In the meantime, take advantage of our early bird discount of 10% for bookings made before 31 May 2024.

Secure your place early and join us as we come together to shape the future, sustain our efforts, and showcase the incredible work of helplines.

We can’t wait to see you there.

Just Launched Workplace Well-being Course

Helplines Partnership have launched a new course for 2024. A practical accompaniment to our popular Vicarious Trauma training.

With burnout increasing and workplace stress causing staff to seek changes in their employment, this course offers a selection of the best evidence-based, self-help strategies such as:

• Breathwork
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-based learning)
• Energy therapies
• Mindfulness

The course aims to introduce participants to a series of practical techniques to support them in supporting themselves, and to build and sustain a supportive culture within their workplace so they can help to support each other.
