As a member, you are entitled to a reward of up to 40%* reward on our standard rates:

• A suite of specialised training courses, including CPD accredited training, for helpline teams (virtual and face-to-face)
• In-house specialised training courses for helpline teams (virtual and face-to-face)
• Webinars and half-day workshops focusing on helpline context, best practice and thematic topics
• Helplines Standard certification acknowledging quality and best practice in helpline service
• Specialised consultancy support covering all aspects of helpline-related activities

• AGM and Annual Conference, including Helpline Awards ceremony
• Advertising paid helpline vacancies with a specialised e-bulletin and promotion on HLP's website
