Non-judgemental confidential helpline providing a listening ear, support and advice to men, women and children affected by domestic abuse. Can also support others who are worried about someone as well as survivors of abuse themselves. Helpline Team can also signpost and support with information about housing, legal and financial matters, council and other services related to domestic abuse. Further support from BWA includes accommodation and outreach services and programmes to deal with the immediate needs of survivors and their children.
