Helpline Awards 2024

Helpline Awards 2024

Launching our annual conference and helpline awards

This year’s Annual Conference and Helpline Awards returns on Thursday 7 November 2024.

The Helpline Awards are an important part of the event, celebrating the unsung heroes, and recognising the exceptional work of the helpline sector.

We will be acknowledging and recognising the individuals and teams who are outstanding in how they provide support, guidance, and compassion to those in need.

More information about the awards and how to enter will be coming soon. In the meantime, here are the winners from last year’s event. It was great to celebrate the people behind the helplines and reward the amazing work that is done every day to make a difference.

We can’t wait to celebrate again with you this year.
