Mind in Somerset operate a 24-hr, 7 days a week, mental health & emotional support helpline, Mindline Somerset. Trained call handlers provide listening support, signposting and information to anyone in the county experiencing mental distress. Further support includes a range of mental health services in the community including support groups, 1 to 1 support and training. Mind in Somerset - Mindline Trans+

Mindline Trans+ is an out of hours confidential helpline that offers emotional support and information to anyone who identifies as Trans+ (transgender, gender fluid and non-binary) and anyone wanting to talk about their gender identity. The helpline can also provide emotional support and information to family and friends. Callers will get through to a trained volunteer who has lived experience of Trans or Trans-Ally. Calls are charged at 3.5p per minute from landlines and may be included as part of your mobile phone contracts minutes. MindLine Trans+ is a joint service delivered by Mindline Somerset and Mind in Bristol.

Free 24/7 confidential helpline providing suppport and options for people who are thinking about going missing or are already away and their families. Missing People is a confidential service and calls cannot be traced. Callers can text even if there is no credit available on mobile phones. People worried about the safety of a missing person are encouraged to contact the police as a first point of call. The Charity also offers publicity appeals for missing people and lost contact tracing.
